International Shipping: Charges are calculated based on the destination and weight of the package. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.
3. Order Processing Time

All our pieces are made to order and handcrafted with care. Processing time is generally 4 to 6 weeks, depending on the style and customization.

4. Delivery Time

Domestic Orders: Estimated delivery within 2–5 business days after dispatch.

5. Customs & Duties (International Orders)

6. Order Tracking

7. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate. In case of incorrect or insufficient address details, we will not be held responsible for delayed or failed deliveries.
8. Failed Deliveries / Re-shipments
If an order is returned due to non-availability or incorrect address, we will contact you for reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
9. Returns & Exchanges:
Our return and exchange policy is designed to ensure your satisfaction with our products. We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

- Incorrect Size: If you receive a product in the incorrect size, we will gladly exchange it for the correct size or offer a refund. Please notify us of the size issue within 2 working days of receiving the product.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or offer a refund.
- For all international orders, we do not accept returns or exchanges except in the case of a product arriving damaged or defective. Customers must thoroughly review the product description, specifications, and images before placing an order.
- The refund for the products will be processed in 7 working days.
