1. Shipping Destinations
We currently deliver across India and internationally to select countries. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at roohbyshivani@gmail.com and we will assist you further.
2. Shipping Charges
Domestic Shipping (India): Free on all orders.
International Shipping: Charges are calculated based on the destination and weight of the package. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.
3. Order Processing Time
All our pieces are made to order and handcrafted with care. Processing time is generally 4 to 6 weeks, depending on the style and customization.
In case of any delays due to high volume or special requests, our team will keep you informed via email or WhatsApp.
4. Delivery Time
Domestic Orders: Estimated delivery within 2–5 business days after dispatch.
International Orders: Estimated delivery within 7–10 business days after dispatch.
Please note: delivery timelines may vary depending on location, customs clearance, and unforeseen circumstances.
5. Customs & Duties (International Orders)
Customs duties and taxes may be applicable for international shipments depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges are to be borne by the customer. Rooh by Shivani is not responsible for any delays caused by customs.

7. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate. In case of incorrect or insufficient address details, we will not be held responsible for delayed or failed deliveries.
8. Failed Deliveries / Re-shipments
If an order is returned due to non-availability or incorrect address, we will contact you for reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
10. Returns & Exchanges:
Our return and exchange policy is designed to ensure your satisfaction with our products. We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
- Incorrect Size: If you receive a product in the incorrect size, we will gladly exchange it for the correct size or offer a refund. Please notify us of the size issue within 2 working days of receiving the product.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or offer a refund.
